Authorized Service Centers
To resolve your product complaint as soon as possible, please contact an
authorized service centre by filling in the complaint form on their website or
contact them via email.
How to properly pack the claimed goods and what to send with the claim?
- If there is more than one defective product in the package, the shipment must be marked with a list of the goods claimed , i.e. please write the list on the shipment. If this list is not provided, no claim can be made for differences in the contents of the consignment.
- Please send the claimed goods in complete packaging if possible.
- In the case of a repeat claim, please also provide proof of previous warranty repairs carried out at the service centres.
- Returned goods must contain the original labels (serial numbers, warranty re-labels, etc.), which must not be damaged or removed.
- Send the invoice or delivery note justifying the claim.
- Back up your data. As part of the GDPR guidelines, the product will be deleted if necessary.
- Secure the products in the parcel sufficiently with fill to prevent damage in transit.
