Basic Wi-Fi router settings

If your router supports both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, but only one Wi-Fi name appears on the mobile phone’s Wi-Fi search page, follow the steps below.

To access the administration (settings), enter the Wi-Fi router address in a web browser. The address is usually listed on a label attached to the bottom / back of the Wi-Fi router (eg 192.168.10.1, 10.0.0.1, etc.).
Go to the Wi-Fi settings page and set your own Wi-Fi network name (SSID) for each band.
For example, you can set YourNetwork24 for the 2.4GHz band.
For example, you can set YourNetwork50 for the 5GHz band.
Enter the same password for both bands.
After completing the previous settings, the Wi-Fi settings page on the mobile phone will display the new Wi-Fi network names.

Note: After changing the Wi-Fi network names, you will need to reconnect all devices that use this Wi-Fi router. The password remains the same unless changed.
